Cash on delivery
Payment for the order is made upon receipt of the goods.
Before paying for the order, you can inspect the goods.
Important!
Please note that carrier companies charge an additional fee from the recipient of the goods for the delivery of funds and postal fees.
Online payment
When placing an order in the basket, you can make payment online.
You can also pay for the order online, after a call from our manager.
The manager will send you a link to pay online.
All online payments are made using the payment service using payment systems and are absolutely SAFE.
Payment card data is protected by the international security standard PCI DSS.
Delivery methods
Novaya Pochta Company
If you want to quickly receive your order, choose the Novaya Pochta carrier company.
Delivery time: from 1 to 3 days after sending.
Delivery to the branch
When placing an order, select the delivery option: "Nova Poshta (branch)", select the number of the required branch.
You can find out which branch is near you on the Nova Poshta website.
The cost of delivery to the branch depends on the volume and weight of the parcel, according to the carrier's rates.

The cost of delivery is NOT INCLUDED in the price of the product.
Address delivery by courier
When placing an order, select the delivery option: "Nova Poshta (address delivery)" and fill in the address where you want to receive your order.
The cost of address delivery is according to the carrier's rates.
You can track the location of the parcel on the website of the Nova Poshta carrier.
To do this, enter the consignment note number in the search field, which you will receive in an SMS message after sending the order.
On the day the order arrives at the Nova Poshta branch, you will receive an automatic SMS message about the arrival of the order.
Important!
The price of the product DOES NOT INCLUDE the cost of delivery.
Ukrposhta Company
Delivery to any corner of Ukraine.
Delivery time: from 3 to 10 days after sending.
You can track the parcel by the dispatch number on the Ukrposhta website (track).
To do this, enter the dispatch number in the search field, which you will receive in an SMS message after sending the order.
The cost of delivery depends on the volume and weight of the parcel, according to the carrier's rates.

Important!
When ordering for an amount of 2000 UAH, the cost of delivery is FREE, at the expense of the online store.
When ordering for an amount below 2000 UAH, the cost of delivery is NOT INCLUDED in the cost of the product and is additionally paid by the buyer, according to the carrier's rates.
Information about sending the order
After sending the order, an SMS message with the number of the consignment note (if you selected the carrier "Nova Poshta") or the tracking number of the shipment (if you selected the carrier "Ukrposhta") will be sent to your phone.
You can track the location of your parcel on the websites: Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.
When placing an order, please note that postage costs ARE NOT INCLUDED in the price of the goods.
The online store "NAFTALAN FARM GROUP" is not responsible for delays in delivery of orders due to the fault of the carrier company.
