• stimulation of blood circulation, accelerating the local immune response and wound healing
Algofin cream has an antimicrobial spectrum of action against gram-positive and gram-negative, aerobic and anaerobic, spore-forming and asporogenic microorganisms: staphylococci, streptococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, clostridia, peptococci, pathogens of nonspecific and specific infections and other microorganisms in the form of monocultures and microbial associations, as well as against hospital strains of bacteria with polyresistance to other chemotherapeutic drugs.
Indications for use: purulent-inflammatory, trophic, traumatic injuries of soft tissues of various localization; aseptic or infected wounds: trophic ulcers; bedsores with purulent complications, postoperative wounds; rectal fissures, erosions, abscesses; phlegmons; pyoderma, erysipelas.
Method of application: Algofin cream should be applied topically. After standard treatment of wounds and burns, apply the cream directly to the damaged surface or in the form of applications on sterile napkins. Application can be carried out in an open and closed way. In the case of a closed way, cover the damaged surface with cream on tampons or napkins and apply a sterile gauze bandage. Apply until the entire wound is completely closed. Change the bandage every 12 hours. For large wounds and ulcers, the cream first cleanses the wound (the amount of discharge may increase), relieves inflammation, destroys bacteria in the wound, tightens the wound bottom (it becomes more superficial) and then epidermization occurs, starting from the edges to the middle of the wound. In the future, it is recommended to replace it with the cosmetic ointment "Algofin-forte".
Contraindications:
Individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.
Not a medicinal product.
